Event Guidelines & Safety Protocols

Please review these important guidelines to ensure a safe and meaningful experience for all attendees at our Christian events.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Each event on MyEcclesia has a refund and cancellation policy set by the organiser. Please check the event details before registering or purchasing tickets. The following policies may apply:

Flexible

Full refund up to 24 hours before the event. If the organiser cancels, a full refund will be provided.

Moderate

Full refund up to 7 days before the event. No refund after that. If the organiser cancels, a full refund will be provided.

Strict

No refunds after purchase. Ticket transfers may be allowed. If the organiser cancels, a full refund will be provided.

Donation Based

No refund — ticket purchase is treated as a donation to the organiser. If the organiser cancels, a full refund will be provided.

Important: If an organiser cancels an event, attendees are entitled to a full refund regardless of the policy selected.
